This privacy policy describes how Teknever (ul. Nowogrodzka 31, 00-511 Warsaw, Poland, NIP 5213987654) handles data in connection with visits to teknever.eu.

Data we collect

When you visit this archive, the web server records standard access log data: IP address, browser user agent, referring URL, date and time of request, and HTTP status code. This data is stored in server logs for a maximum of 30 days for security and diagnostic purposes, then deleted automatically.

We do not collect names, email addresses, or any personally identifying information from visitors unless they voluntarily submit the contact form on the homepage.

Contact form submissions

If you use the contact form, the submitted phone number, name, and email address are stored in our mail system for the purpose of responding to your message. This data is not shared with third parties and is deleted within 90 days of the initial exchange concluding.

Cookies

This site sets one first-party cookie: teknever_cookie_consent. It stores your response (accepted or rejected) to the cookie notice and expires after 365 days. No tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or analytics cookies are set.

If you reject cookies, a session-only cookie may be set by the browser during your visit for technical reasons (session management); this expires when the browser is closed.

Third-party services

Images used in this archive are served directly from Wikimedia Commons servers (upload.wikimedia.org). When your browser loads an image from Wikimedia Commons, Wikimedia's servers may log your IP address. This is governed by Wikimedia's privacy policy.

This site loads the Inter font from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com). Google may log requests to this endpoint. You can review Google's privacy policy for details.

No analytics platform (Google Analytics, Matomo, Plausible, etc.) is installed on this site.

Legal basis for data processing

Data processing for server logs is based on our legitimate interest in maintaining site security and diagnosing technical issues (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). Contact form data is processed based on your consent when submitting the form (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).
